Today there are a lot of restaurants in shopping mall and exactly its can give the servers for a job. But most of restaurants have no a program to train the new servers about working, manner, and ethic of a job before they go to work.

So the servers always do the things that make customers disappoint in a services. The servers need to realize about customer is "God" because customers like as a person to give them for a salary.

For example, I have an experience about a bad service from the servers in a big restaurant at Future Park Rangsit. Last week I went to had lunch in the pizza restaurant( I could not specific in which brand of pizza ) but there was not just the one of the server came to served me. Until 10 minutes the waiter went to received order from me and told me about I had to waited the pizza around 15 minutes. But the time pass until 30 I just had eaten the pizza. Moreover I ordered about Pepsi refill and when I called the one of the waiter to filled Pepsi for me, he heard me but he didn't do anything. I called him again but this time he shouted to me about " wait a minute". Even though that message make me very angry but I didn't act anything to him I did just only wrote a complaint message to the restaurant about his action.

Therefore, I realize about that situation and I didn't angry that waiter but I think the cause of a problem come from restaurant. And I have questions to ask the restaurants What is the standard when the restaurant receive the servers? and Do you have a program to train the servers before they work?

Thus, if which restaurants needs customers come and come again they must desire a program to training the servers before they will work. Because they are as a image of the restaurant.

My Life in Ruins#3

According to the  one of women in Greece in My Life in Ruins Movie. Her name is Georgia, she is fired because the old job faces with the crisis in the economy then the old job needs to decrease the expend by reducing employees.

So Georgia needs to seek a new job until she agrees with to be a guide in the one of the tourism company. While she is working, most people travel with her feel very boring because she don't have a difference style to take them travel.

After that the turning point comes to, there is a new driver to take her and her tourists to travel. Georgia is falling love with that guy and he is the person quietly to change Georgia to be a new style when she is guiding.

Moreover, her tourists have begun to interested in her information about the historic site and see her like a teacher that has a lot of true information. Because she gets new ideas and new attitudes from a driver that she love.

Thus, this movie gonna tell you about when you have a lot of knowledge and you need to talk to everyone. But no one listen to you because they don't like your method when you are communicating to them. So you have to change about your attitude. Such as, when you work with other people, you have to see from other come to yourself isn't see yourself out to the others.(according to My Life in Ruins movie that means Georgia needs to focus on tourists need first isn't focus on herself about needs to tell everyone about her knowledge)

Since I was young the television was very important for me. But I always bored when the advertising came to interrupt me. Today while the Internet is very popular, most people will go online to the Internet more than spending time with television as the past. So the end of television advertising has begun.

In the past, when I was watching the television programs but I was interrupted by the advertising. I fell very bad mood and changed automatically to escaped it to another channel. That means while the Internet wasn't popular I also didn't like to watch the advertising. This factor help me choose to watching in the Internet more.

When I will follow to watch some television program now, I will wait it to watch in the Internet to avoid the advertising that interrupting my felling. For example, the Voice Thailand broadcasts in the Channel 3, I have never watched in the television when it lived but I watched it in the Internet.

Moreover, in the internet there are a lot of programs that I can choose to watch. Including if I watch the television advertising that will persuade me to buy products that I did't need. It means I will spend money only for my satisfy not for my need and benefit.

Finally, the companies that rely on the television to advertise about their products. They also must realize in this crisis because it will be the direct impact to their selling. The company need to know about who is the target to sell a product and check it about between television and the Internet which one they like to watch more?

Destination in Thailand #2

Khao Yai National Park is situated in the western part of the Sankamphaeng Mountain Range, at the southwestern boundary of the Khorat Plateau. This park lies largely in Nakhon Ratchasima Province (Khorat), but also includes parts of Saraburi, Prachinburi and Nakhon Nayok provinces. 

The park is the second largest in Thailand. It covers an area of 2,168 square kilometers, including evergreen forests and grasslands. Its altitude mostly ranges from 400 to 1000 m above sea level. There are 3,000 species of plants and also there are more 60 types of animals such as, birds, elephants, reindeers etc.

In the term of, how long if you go to Kao Yai, it spends the time about 2 hours from Bangkok. When you go to meet Thanarat road in Korat, I would like to suggest you three places for taking a photo those are Sheep Land, ChokChai Farm and Palio. Those are very nice places to visit before you go to Kao Yai National Park.

Kao Yai National park has many activities to do such as, traveling thought a forest, seeing animals, waterfall, and sleeping tent. And the time is very good for going to Kao Yai, that is the cold season.

Thus, In the Kao Yai National park most people go for relaxing and spending their time with a nature because there are full of plants, animals, and sound of nature.

If I ask you who is the founder,  most of you would know who is them? The answer is Steve Job, Steve Wozniak, and Ronal Wanye. But most people in the worldwide will recognize only Steve Job because he had a style when he was presenting about the new products of Apple. Including he had never graduated the University so he will be the inspiration for people around the world.

According to Robert B. Cialdini (2001) he wrote about the Harnessing the Science of Persuasion that describes about the science. How the work will be success, it needs to have the harnessing or the good leader in that work. He wrote about the leader needs to have six principles to use to ask others to do what the leader wants. Such as, Liking, Reciprocity, Social Proof, Authority, and Scarcity. These are very important for the leader to lead the team to be successful in each work.

I personally believe in Steve Job, he almost covers in those principle because I saw from his presenting and his working. For example, he likes to liking his team worker, he always thought his team worker is family, he is very good acknowledgement in an innovation, and the very important thing he used the theme of the simplicity to live and created the products in his life.

Thus, if who need to do the thing that have to hope others to work for you. This is very good theory to help you to make others working the things that you ask. Moreover, you also can adapt this one to your life.

How to Go to Koh Kret

Koh Kret is an island in Nonthaburi district, some 17km north of central Bangkok; it is suitable for who needs to escape from the noise and traffic jam of Bangkok. Koh Kret has a lot of tourism places such as, temple, market, and pottery.

There are 3 types of transportations to go to Koh Kret: The first one, The quickest way is to take the BTS Skytrain to Victory Monument and then  take bus No. 166 air-conditioned bus from the west side of the monument. The bus trip to Pak Kret takes around 20 minutes via Expressway and costs only 19 Baht. The 505 bus, from Pratu Nam to Pak Kret, takes much longer as does the number 32 Bus from Wat Pho (more than 1 hour.)

The Chao Pharaya express boat

The second one is The Chao Phraya express boat runs from Sathorn Pier to Pak Kret pier, but only between 06.15 and 08.05 in the morning, and 1605 and 18.05 in the afternoon. For the rest of the day it only goes as far as Nonthaburi pier; to continue to Pak Kret you need to take a bus (No 32) or long-tail boat (price negotiable). 

The last one is the bus, the bus stop before the end of Chang Wattana Road, and before doing a U-turn by Pak Kret pier. On the left is a Tesco Lotus store on the corner of Suka Pracha San Road, which is the way to Wat Sanam Nuea and the pier for Koh Kret; usually there are several Sam Lors (bicycle taxis) waiting to take people to the Wat. Once you get to the Wat, go through the temple grounds to the ferry pier. You pay the fare of 2 baht on the island side and then you will meet the bus stop of Koh Kret.

Thus, I would like to recommend you to go to Koh Kret because it is very easy to go for escaping from confusions in Bangkok. And the important thing is don’t forget to visit the pottery village because it can tell you a lot of story, culture, and traditional about Koh Kret and Thailand.

According to ( Kirk Hallahan 2000 ) he had written a Public Relations Research in a topic of Enhancing Motivation, Ability, Opportunity to Process Public Relations Message. He talked about how to create and desire a message to persuade the audiences in the public by using his theory. He identified his theory into three factors to be the fundamental when who needs to communicate with the audiences in the public, that are motivation, ability, opportunity.

 For example, NIKE is the big company selling sports accessories in the worldwide. It's mean they must communicate a lot, to the audiences in the public and their customer, (what is NIKE doing or which products are suitable for NIKE’s customers). So NIKE has created more advertisements to the public by using a photo and a slogan to motivate the audiences in the public for buying products.

So the slogan of NIKE is "Just Do It". It seems as very short but it’s very deep in implication and also it's easy to remember. I personally mean you don't think too much when you will buy NIKE products because if you need to know about NIKE "Just Do It".

 Moreover, a slogan of NIKE can cover all of this theory that is motivation, ability, and opportunity. How? NIKE can use this slogan to motivate the audiences in the public because this slogan likes a challenging to challenge the audiences who isn’t believed in NIKE. If you fall in a trap of NIKE, you will buy it. After that you will know an ability of NIKE products. And if you like it, you will be the follower of NIKE forever. So that “Just Do It” is very easy for NIKE to find an opportunity, to use it in communication to the audiences in the public. Because it’s very short and easy to make people remember.

Loi Krathong Festival in Thailand

          Loi Krathong festival took place on the evening of the full moon of the 12^th month in the traditional Thai calendar. In the Western calendar this usually falls in November. This ceremony happened for thankful and sorry a river that have given lots of benefit from water to Thai people consume.

               

          Loi literally means ‘to float’ while Krathong refers to the lotus-shaped receptacle which can float on the water. Originally, the Krathong was made of banana leaves because it can help a river still be fresh.

                

          Moreover, there is a little competition in every parts of Thailand about women; they have to wear the Thai dress for showing and describing about Thai culture. Including Thailand still have many types of fireworks to play and help the Thai children are very fun and happy in Loi Krathong festival.

                

          Thai people believe in Loi Krathong festival is a chance to thankful and sorry a Ganges river that they have consumed water all of the year. So Thai people won’t lose this chance when Loi Krathong festival comes to.

For example, Thalang Nation Museum contains a permanent exhibition of life in old Phuket, and materials used during war with Brumar. View Point is located midpoint between Nai Han and Kata beaches. And Laem Phromthep is the headland forming the extreme south end of Phuket.

Moreover, Phutket has a beautiful beach, big wave, and a strong sunlight. It means if you come to join at Phuket, you will feel relaxing from your work, your family, and your problem that you have.

As you have known, Thailand is the most famous travel country in Asia, there are a lot of travel places such as, sea, mountain, and history. Thai people are very friendly and they always smile when they meet foreigners or when they are daily life. This is the important thing to persuade foreigners to come to travel in Thailand.

Most people in the world, when they feel pressure and stress with their works or families. They will try to find travel places for relaxing themselves and re-energy before they will have to come back to fight with the truth.

Thailand seems to be happy because of gaining a lot of money from the foreigners and also it can creates many of works for Thai people. But in the other hand, some men of foreigners imagine about Thailand is the travel in drugs, gamble and women. This really makes societies and Thai people around the travel places are very bad and low in quality of their life.

Because of most Thai people around travel places feel about around them there are a lot of foreigners, they don't need to have a high education or to improve themselves to be a high career. Because they can sell or do any business that foreigners need or sometime they break the law by sell drugs, just only that they can live. But the most dangerous is the Thai women will be the victims in sexual of foreigners and also teenagers will be salve of gamble and drugs.

Thus, It's mean Thai people will be a low education and maybe it doesn't have teenagers to be a good in next generation in the future. So Thailand need to find the way to solve this problem along with make Thailand also is the most famous travel places in Asia. Otherwise, this gonna be the big problem of Thailand to develop country in the future.

THE JONESES

                    In the beginning of the movie there is one family that is Joneses family. They have 4 members : Mother is Kate, Father is Steve, Son is Mix, and Sister is Jenn. Joneses family has just moved to lived in a new house and the neighbors come to visit them to say hi and make relationship with them fast.

                    When Steve said to the neighbors to welcome to come in his home and the neighbors get in the Joneses house, they are very  amazing because the Joneses house is very very big and still has a lot of beauty furniture. And the very important thing that the neighbors feel are Joneses family as a perfect family because they look like love each other too much by express their acting.

                    After that each member of Joneses family go to find community and make relationship very fast to be a friend with other people. When they feel like a friend with other already they will start to sell products   that they have of each member by using life style of each member. For example, Steve likes to play golf, he will bring the best golf club but high price to play for showing his friends. So that make his friends are interested in golf club and selling from him.

                    Next one when each member can sell few products to friends, they will shall everyone who they know to join a party at the Joneses house for increasing the level of selling of each member by using the strategy is let guests can eat, use, and play anything that they need in the Joneses house. For if guests likes any products, Joneses family will sell immediately.

                    But 6 months later, the truth was revealed after the first neighbors that come to visit Joneses family, "kill oneself" because of he has a lot of debts from buy the products from Joneses family in 6 months later and he can't pay anymore. And Steve sees him in his swimming pool and Steve try to help him but too late, he is death, Steave feels very sad and bad because of he thinks about he is the person that make the neighbor die. Finally, Steve replies everything he said "Joneses is the fake family" in the truth we are not the family, we are just only the representatives to sell products and life style to everyone. That make who have ever know Joneses family cut them off from a good relationship.
