Common Mistake in Customer Service #4



Today there are a lot of restaurants in shopping mall and exactly its can give the servers for a job. But most of restaurants have no a program to train the new servers about working, manner, and ethic of a job before they go to work.

So the servers always do the things that make customers disappoint in a services. The servers need to realize about customer is "God" because customers like as a person to give them for a salary.

For example, I have an experience about a bad service from the servers in a big restaurant at Future Park Rangsit. Last week I went to had lunch in the pizza restaurant( I could not specific in which brand of pizza ) but there was not just the one of the server came to served me. Until 10 minutes the waiter went to received order from me and told me about I had to waited the pizza around 15 minutes. But the time pass until 30 I just had eaten the pizza. Moreover I ordered about Pepsi refill and when I called the one of the waiter to filled Pepsi for me, he heard me but he didn't do anything. I called him again but this time he shouted to me about " wait a minute". Even though that message make me very angry but I didn't act anything to him I did just only wrote a complaint message to the restaurant about his action.

Therefore, I realize about that situation and I didn't angry that waiter but I think the cause of a problem come from restaurant. And I have questions to ask the restaurants What is the standard when the restaurant receive the servers? and Do you have a program to train the servers before they work?

Thus, if which restaurants needs customers come and come again they must desire a program to training the servers before they will work. Because they are as a image of the restaurant.
