Some people a high value on loyalty to the employer. To others, it is perfectly acceptable to change jobs every few years to build a career. Discuss these two positions Then indicate that you agree with and why?

Some people place a high value on loyalty to employer. Because they don’t want to change to anywhere that do not belong to them. However, other people believe in changing jobs or places is going to develop themselves in terms of experiences, logical, salaries and lives. Both of these statements also have advantages and disadvantages. For some people who place a high value on loyalty to the employers, they feel comfortable with their colleagues and work. They can do their work very well because they can solve problems by themselves. Moreover, if the problems that they can’t, they will be able to ask their colleagues or employers without any doubt. On the other hand, in the negative way, it is too comfortable for them due to they know everything about their work and company. So, they will do nothing challenge themselves for new experiences or a better work as they can. In contrast, some people who want to change a job every few years. They will gain a lot of new experiences from new people, position, and job. As you can see today, most of teenagers believe in this statement because they think changing is the most challenging that is able to develop themselves to be a better employees. However, the disadvantage of this is employee will not feel suitable to any places because they need to change and move to the next places when they feel uncomfortable with the old one. In both statements, there are advantage and disadvantage but I would like to suggest you to monitor yourselves what are the goals in your life at that time. If you are still teenager, you should change a job to find the better one. But if you are not, I think you should have loyalty for your security in your lives. Thus, I am a teenager and I prefer changing a job every few years for my life.

The Working Language of ASEAN Shall be English

           

          In the next two years, Thailand becomes to be an ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) membership including with another 9 countries member. The communication must play as an important role for the countries member when they need to communicate each other. Thus, Charter of the Association of Southeast ASIAN Nations (2007) has set “The working language of ASEAN shall be English”. However, there is a survey of English language levels all of countries around the world by Education First English Proficiency Index (2013) (EF EPI), shows Thailand gets very low proficiency level (rank 55th). This is the most important thing to indicate Thailand should go back to focus on English language learning in the country seriously.

         

In fact, there are various factors in Thailand that affect to learners in English language learning. Because Thai people normally use Thai language to communicate each other in the country. Thus, Dornyei (1994) has claimed the motivation refer to an individual attempt and desire to learn a specific language. Although, the motivation is a complicated process, it is able to lead learners’ behavior to achieving their goals as well (Melendy, 2008). In addition to, Muftah and Rafik-Galea (2013) say the most of studies about the motivation toward English language learning have been conducted in Southeast Asia are done in Indonesia and Malaysia, but other countries have not completed yet. Therefore, more research is required as some researcher believe motivation toward English language learning is able to be an improvement of English skills for Thai people. 

In language learning there are various factors to make learners success or failure but if who have high motivation, they will success in learning language. As Oxford & Shearin (1994) state about motivation is considered an important role of both acquiring and retaining a new language, as it determines how involved the student is personally and actively. Although, motivation is a complicated psychological process, but it starts with a need and leads to a behavior that helps move people towards achieving their goals in language learning Melendy, (2008).

Therefore, Gardner (1972) defines two types of motivation in language learning, they are integrative and instrumental motivation. Integrative motivation is related to learners’ willingness to focus and interact with native speakers and their culture (Merisuo-Storm, 2007; Shirbagi, 2010). In addition to, Gibb, M. (1997) illustrates Integrative motivation is a since desire to understand the people and culture of the target language. Thus, it is associated with openness to cultural differences and different ways of living through the development of a positive emotional disposition toward native speakers of the target language (Dörnyei, 2003). In contrast, Merisuo-Storm, 2007; Shirbagi, 2010) points out instrumental motivation refer to a desire to learn a second language for future career reasons or to pass an exam.

         

Thus, if would like to be a different person from other Thai people, you need to aware of the important of English language now. There is no time to be shine because just only two years everything will change rapidly in Thailand. So, All of you need to be "change" as soon as possible.

How difficult teacher is?

          In the Education System, teachers are the most important factor influence to  students in various ways. Because they are the persons who give knowledge, essential thought, an ethic and a moral to students, that mean these factors are going to be the basic being human of students in the future.

          So, students might be recognized automatically by their teachers. But actually in teacher's life, there are a lot of situations happen in daily that make teacher need to worry such as, family, work and so on. These factors can influence directly to teacher's approach in teaching students, that means students are effected.

          Who would like to be a teacher must balance perfectly in everything due to teach potentially to their students. But also teachers need to find activities or somehow to make sure they have the same understanding with their students while you are teaching.

          Anyway, I would like appreciate all of teachers that have taught me or haven't as well. They are persons who work very hard all day and night to improve constantly their skill for their students, country, and  the world.

          Therefore, whoever would like to be a teacher, you must have more knowledge including you should have a vision to desire the better world. You need to be kind and good decision in any problem that come to your life. Due to the fact that a teacher is looked upon as the idol of students.

Language & Cultural

Having say Language and culture are words always come together in wherever depends on users. Most people think those words separate from each other in meaning. But in actually its have deep relation in each other

 Culture is a big thing, it covers a lot of things. The one thing that is "Language", it seems to be "the cultural tool". So that's why most learners who try to learn foreign language but they won't be successful due to they lack of comprehensions about that culture.

When learners want to have more understanding and capability in that foreign language, they need to dedicate themselves into that culture. By whatever you can do, for example, you need to learn English language because it is very important language in globalization period. You must find things that can help you get into its culture due to it will help you can link smoothly to the language. By using English medias to be an important tool to help you to understand more that are movie&music.

Anyway, you must have much patience to fight with yourself or your thought otherwise you will give up before you are going to be fluent. A good technique to easy learn chooses kind of English media that is kids or teen media. It will help you are more excited than another medias. If which media make you get bored, you will turn it off immediately.

Finally, you don't expect the miracle will take place with you due to you have to let's the time works. Don't hurry up while you are learning foreign language even though your need will be like that. But you need to have happiness in every small steps in learning foreign language that you can do.

My Reading Experience

There is a main skill is very important for human learning that is “Reading Skill” this is the easiest skill but powerful to learn and find a new knowledge. Most countries try to build “the Education System” based on reading skill. By using discussion in class in order to help children can learn by themselves.

When I was kid, I had never read anything excepted textbooks that my teachers assigned to me, but those were very bored to me. There were many factors but the first thing that I could remember that was in my family and environment I never saw who read a book when they had a free time, this was really simple in Thailand.

But when I grew up, I meet a new social, culture and another countries in a high school and a university, there was many people fallen in love with “Reading” that was a special thing to encourage me to interested in reading. Then I tried to read lots whatever books were, I read all of them. After that I found most famous people really loved in reading as breath.

Therefore, I get many ideas and inspirations from books and when I always discover myself what are the thing that I get from those books. Those are a new aspect, attitude, imagination and new information that I have never thought and known before.

Thus, I would like to encourage everyone to “read” because I got a lot of good things from it. You will see unbelievable things that you have never known before. And the last thing I want to share from my experience that is you will have a logical in your mind and your brain. This is the very special skill that you can’t buy anywhere.

Let Kids Play

Most of parents in Thailand always try to push on pressure on their kids in many ways, but the main thing has always seen, that is “Education”, by setting high expectations with their kids in grading.

The one thing why the parents need to have high expectations with their kids, because of when they were kids they couldn’t have chances in Education or followed their dreams or goals. So they have tried to push on their dreams and goals to their kids.

Some parent has forced their kids to study hard since they were studying in kindergarten for hoping they might success parent’s dreams or goals. There are many things in Education that parents don’t know. But parents must know and awake before everything will be “too late”, such as, what is the best way to make kids are very fun when they are studying?

According to (Nudee Vanessa Race) she is the President of Vanessa School, she says “learning in childhood is the essential of thought in the future”. So parents must let kids learning along with playing because that is the best way can make them are very fun and clever.

However, don’t force kids to do the things parents need or the things that make them stress, bored and feel don’t like. Because kids enjoy learning when they feel, they are playing. This is the natural of kids that everyone who has kids or will, must know.
